How to pick without overspending
Start with the count
Work out how many units the headcount and run time need before you think about how nice they are. Too few good units is the most common and most expensive mistake.
Match the audience
Crews are fine with standard units. Guests, clients and homeowners notice the difference a deluxe unit or a trailer makes.
Mix where it helps
Most events and larger sites run a mix — the better units where people see them, standard units for staff, vendors and back-of-house.
