Frequently Asked Questions

The questions that come up most often on the phone, grouped by the part of the job they relate to. If yours is not here, call and ask.

Ordering

Booking and scheduling

How do I book a rental?

Call (559) 599-3802 with three things: the site address, the dates you need the units, and the headcount — crew size for a job, guest count for an event. That is enough to price it and put it on the schedule.

How far ahead should I book?

For standard units on a job site, a few days is usually fine. For events, and especially for restroom trailers on weekend dates, book as early as you can — availability is the constraint, not price.

Can I change the order after booking?

Yes. Adding units or shifting dates is usually straightforward with notice. Tell us as soon as you know, because on busy weekends the units themselves may be spoken for.

What it costs

Pricing

What does a porta potty rental cost?

It depends on the unit type, how long you keep it and how often it needs servicing. A weekend event drop, a monthly construction rental and a restroom trailer are all priced on different terms. Call with your dates and location for a straight number.

Is servicing included in the price?

Yes. When we quote a rental the weekly servicing is in the figure. You should not get a separate bill later for the truck coming out.

Do long rentals cost less?

Per day, yes. Monthly terms work out cheaper than repeated short rentals, so if a job is likely to run past a month it is worth saying that when you call.

Getting it on site

Delivery and access

What does the site need for delivery?

A clear path for the truck and firm, reasonably level ground to set the unit down. Restroom trailers need more — room to manoeuvre, a level parking spot, and power or water depending on the model.

Can you deliver to a gated or locked site?

Yes, as long as we know the arrangement in advance — gate codes, open hours, or who to call on arrival. Tell us when you book and the service runs work around it.

Can units be moved once they are on site?

Yes. On construction rentals we reposition units as work moves across the lot. Mention it to the driver on a service visit or call ahead.

Keeping it usable

Servicing

What happens on a service visit?

The tank is pumped and treated, interior surfaces are cleaned, and the consumables — tissue, hand sanitizer, soap and towels on handwash units — are restocked. We also check the door hardware while we are there.

How often do units get serviced?

Weekly is standard on longer rentals. Sites with heavy traffic, big crews or hot weather do better on a more frequent schedule, and we will suggest that based on the headcount you give us.

What if a unit is damaged or tipped over?

Call us. We will deal with it on the next service run, or sooner if the unit is unusable. Sites that keep losing units to vandalism usually do better with them moved inside a gate.

Everything else

Areas and supplies

Do you serve areas outside Fresno?

Call and ask with the site address. Delivery and the weekly service run both have to work, so the practical limit is the route rather than a fixed boundary.

Can I buy supplies without renting units?

Yes. The toiletries and hygiene supplies side serves anyone maintaining their own restrooms, with no minimum order and no requirement to rent from us.

Do rental customers need to order consumables?

No. If you rent units from us, tissue, soap and sanitizer are restocked as part of every scheduled service visit.

Still have a question?

Call and ask. It is usually a thirty-second answer.
