Standard units

Portable Toilets

The standard unit does most of the work on most sites. Ventilated, self-contained and built to take a full crew using it every day without needing anything from you but a place to stand.

How many units

One unit per ten workers on a forty-hour week is a common working figure, and one per fifty guests over four hours for events. Traffic, not just headcount, drives the number.

Where it sits

Pick a spot the truck can reach without crossing fresh concrete, soft turf or a locked gate. Units get serviced in place.

How long you need it

Monthly terms cost less per day than repeated weekly rentals. If the job runs past a month, say so up front.

Servicing

A unit is only as good as its last service visit.

Renting a portable toilet is really renting a service schedule. The unit is the easy part. What decides whether your crew will use it is whether someone shows up every week to pump it, wipe it down and put the tissue back.

  • Tank pumped and treated with deodorizer
  • Interior surfaces cleaned, floor rinsed
  • Tissue, hand sanitizer and seat covers restocked
  • Damage and door hardware checked while we are there

Questions

Answers before you call.

How much does a portable toilet rental cost in Fresno?

It depends on how long you keep the unit and how often it needs servicing. A weekend event drop and a six-month construction rental are priced on different terms. Call with your dates and site address and you will get a straight number that includes the servicing.

How often does a portable toilet need to be serviced?

Weekly is the standard on longer rentals. A unit taking heavy traffic — a big crew, a public site, hot weather — is better on a twice-weekly schedule. We will suggest a frequency based on the headcount you give us.

Can you move the unit once it is on site?

Yes. On construction rentals we reposition units as the work moves across the lot. Tell the driver on a service visit or call ahead and we will handle it on the next run.

What happens if a unit gets damaged or tipped?

Call us. We will assess it on the next service run, or sooner if the unit is unusable. Sites that lose units to vandalism are usually better off with the unit moved inside a gate.

Need standard units on site?

Give us the site address, your dates and the crew size. We will confirm the unit count and the price with servicing included.
